Affordable Senior Housing through the HUD 202 Program, which offers supportive housing for low-income elderly persons who meet the requirements. This federal program provides assistance with activities such as cleaning, cooking, and transportation with the goal of independent living.
Congregate Living
Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) provides 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care for a facility with 6 or less beds. CLHF is for physically-disabled persons, ventilator dependent persons, terminally ill persons with a life expectancy of six months or less, as well as persons who are catastrophically and severely disabled.
Home Health Agencies
Home Health Agencies is a public or private organization that arranges or provides for in-home health care services for persons in a temporary or permanent residence.
Hospice Care
Hospice care is designed to provide palliative care, alleviate the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual discomforts for those in their last phases of life, as well as provide supportive care for the primary caregiver and the family of the of the hospice patient.
Private Duty Home Care
Private Duty Home Care includes nursing services, companion care, and homemaker services available in the client’s place of residence.

Nursing homes/facilities provide skilled nursing and supportive care for patients on a long term basis.
Residential Care Facilities
Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) provides care, supervision, and assistance for daily living activities. RCFE also provides incidental medical services under special care plans.
